Our services

We provide pest control and related services in Connecticut & Massachusetts through state-licensed applicators. Service plans, pricing, coverage, and visit frequency are described in the service agreement you receive with your quote — that agreement, not this page, controls the specifics of your plan.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site inspection. Under our Pricing Guarantee, the quoted price for the described scope is the price you pay. If the scope changes (for example, an inspection reveals a different or larger problem), we'll re-quote before doing additional work — never after.

Guarantees

Our five guarantees (Pricing, Contact, Retreatment, Smile, and Money-Back) apply as described on this website and in your service agreement. Guarantees apply to covered pests and services under an active plan and require reasonable access to the areas needing treatment.

Scheduling and access

Recurring visits are scheduled with advance notification. Exterior service does not require you to be home. If we cannot access areas needed for treatment, we'll complete what we can and arrange a follow-up.

Website use

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services and about pests common to our region. It is not a substitute for an on-site professional inspection. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape or republish its content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to any service is limited to the amounts you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
